I’m so flattered to be featured on the Inspire Smart Success blog as their first Wedding Entrepreneur that Inspires. Spearheaded by the dynamic Stacie Ivers Francombe, ISS is a triple-threat of inspiration for the wedding industry, with a print magazine, a series of conference “experiences” and a mentoring program. I attended ISS Chicago last year and was bowled over by the amount of knowledge shared by such industry heavy-hitters as the fabulous Diann Valentine, Platinum Wedding Planner Tiffany Cook, Stacie herself and the other attendees. The thing that I love about ISS is the transparency across all of their platforms. Information is shared openly, people are challenged to ask questions of themselves, their businesses and their peers- and then encouraged to find and share their solutions. As their tagline says, Stacie and the ISS team are “inspiring the wedding industry to think smart on its journey to success”. I’m so happy to have been invited along on their journey, and I hope that my story inspires others to do the same.
