One of the better of the Paris wedding shows, the Salon du Mariage au Carrousel du Louvre highlights many of the top designers, venues, caterers, and other wedding industry professionals in Paris. I’ll be in the thick of it, iphone in hand, bringing you all of the latest Parisian wedding trends, from tabletop to fashion design. And speaking of fashion design- there are several fabulous runway shows scheduled throughout the day which will feature the latest collections from French wedding dress designers Ana Quasoar, Max Chaoul, Delphine Manivet and more. Paris Wedding Photography: The Groom Session

I wanted to post a few photos taken by a French wedding photographer a couple of months ago. The couple were able to hire a second photographer to shoot the groom and his groomsmen getting ready before they headed over to the château. So much of a wedding is about the bride- including the preparation photos. Who hasn’t seen the “hanging, back-lit wedding dress” shot, or the “fabulous, blinged-out Manolo’s” shot, or the “bride being helped into her dress” shot? But how often do you see the groom and his boyz getting all gussied up before their trip down the aisle? Here are a couple of images that celebrate the boys we love, and to remind us that without them, there wouldn’t even be a wedding !
